Equipment in this series adopts evaporation technology to deposit a 1μm aluminum film on both sides of 4.5-8.0μm substrates such as PET/PP, achieving film surface metallization and forming a "PVD aluminum - polymer support layer - PVD aluminum" sandwich structure. It overcomes the difficulty of large-scale and rapid evaporation deposition of thick aluminum films.
Compared with the traditional aluminum foil rolling process, the preparation process of composite aluminum foil is more challenging. With PVD evaporation as the core process, it melts metal materials at high temperature and deposits aluminum films on both sides of PET/PP plastic films, endowing both sides with conductivity. Composite aluminum foil does not require wet processes such as chemical electroplating, and double-sided aluminum films can be completed in one go only through dry processes.
