Description
The blue laser is a low-power blue light laser specially developed for laser soldering. It is small in size and can be directly integrated into an automated workbench. Thanks to the high absorption rate of copper and gold in the blue light area, it is especially suitable for laser soldering of copper and gold pads as they can be quickly heated.
