UW Laser has fully opened up the mass production path of cylindrical batteries that have no tabs to realize the intelligent production of multi-process laser weldings, such as positive and negative current collector plate and winding core welding, current collector plate and case inner wall welding, current collector plate and positive post terminal welding, lid pre-spot welding, sealing welding, and seal pin welding.
The high-speed intelligent production line independently developed by UW Laser has a single-line production capacity of 200PPM, including fully automatic feeding and discharging, collector plate welding, rubber coating, case insertion, post terminal welding, sealing welding, multi-functional inspection, and other processes, which can complete the assembly and production process of welding cylindrical batteries at high speed. The overall equipment is standard and modular in design for easy changeover with reduced changeover time and cost.
The EMS intelligent information management platform is configured to realize real-time MES management of key process parameters such as material, personnel, and equipment information during the assembly process. The conveying between each individual machine is completed by the conveyor line to realize intelligent, flexible, and information-based production.
UW Laser has independently developed the dynamic and balanced scanner welding technology, which is suitable for welding and laser cleaning on the top of the cylindrical cover lid. The welding efficiency and laser cleaning efficiency can reach 0.3S per battery. The compatible product dimensions are outer diameter: 32mm-46mm and length: 75mm-120mm.
