Shipping & Logistics

We provide flexible freight solutions depending on the destination port. Standard shipping methods include containerized transport (flat-rack or open-top container) and roll-on/roll-off (RoRo) vessel loading. The machine will be securely lashed and braced to prevent shifting during transit. Estimated delivery timeline is typically 15 to 35 days from the port of departure, subject to the destination country and shipping line schedule. All necessary export documentation—including commercial invoice, packing list, bill of lading, and certificate of origin—will be prepared by our logistics team. Buyers are responsible for import customs clearance and any applicable duties or taxes at the destination country.

After-Sales Support

A 7-day inspection period is granted upon receipt of the machine, during which the buyer may verify that the forklift matches the agreed specifications and condition as represented in pre-shipment photos and videos. Replacement of wearable parts such as filters, belts, hoses, and seals can be arranged at cost if requested within the first month. Technical guidance on routine maintenance procedures and operational troubleshooting is available via email or WeChat. We do not offer on-site overseas repair services; however, replacement components can be dispatched by international courier upon request. A basic spare parts kit including fuel filter, oil filter, air filter element, and a set of hydraulic seals is included with each unit at no additional charge.

Payment Terms

We accept the following payment methods for your convenience and security:

• T/T (Telegraphic Transfer): 30% deposit upon order confirmation, 70% balance before shipment or against copy of shipping documents.
