QA/QC Profile:

Since we set up our plant, we are clear that quality of the adapter is the heart of our company and always focus on the adapter quality and the reliability.We have QC,QA departments,and introduced the most advanced detection equipments to make sure all incoming raw materials, semi-final products and final products to meet all quality standard and safety approval requirements.

All raw materials have to check by our QC and pass the Green permit before moved to our warehouse, our QA will check and test again before the materials go to the production department.after finished the semi final product, our QC / QA will do the testing the function through the testing equipments and guarantee the quality must be met the quality requirements.At our final production stage, our QC/QA will do the ATE testing and check the appearance one by one, then the passed one can be packed and shipped.

During the whole production,we strictly follow up our STANDARD OPERATING PROCEDURE and QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM as ISO9001,to make sure the qualified adapters can be shipped to customers.
