14L Industrial-grade Capacity and Structural Design

High-efficiency Processing Capability: The inner tank measures 300×240×200mm, enabling the following single-batch cleaning capacities:

  • Automotive Parts: 20-30 bearings or 50-80 screws and nuts.
  • Medical Devices: 15-20 surgical instruments plus 10 biopsy forceps. It is suitable for continuous operation on small to medium - scale production lines (with a daily processing capacity of ≥20 batches).

Corrosion-resistant and Durable Materials:

  • Inner Tank: Constructed from one-piece 304 stainless steel (3mm thick). The welds undergo X-ray flaw detection and helium mass spectrometry leak detection (with a leakage rate ≤0.05mbar・L/s). It is resistant to acids and alkalis within a pH range of 2-13, supporting highly corrosive reagents such as sodium hydroxide and alcohol.
  • Outer Shell: Made of cold-rolled steel plate with electrostatic spraying (hardness ≥3H), it resists dust and moisture in industrial environments. Four sets of adjustable shock-absorbing foot pads are installed at the bottom (with a leveling accuracy of ±1mm).

3. Intelligent Industrial-level Operation

7-inch Industrial Touchscreen: Three professional modes are preset: "Automotive Parts Degreasing", "Medical Device Precision Cleaning", and "Mold Release Agent Removal". Parameters can be called up with a single click (for example, when cleaning automotive piston rings, set 28KHz, 70% power, and 65°C to remove carbon deposits within 15 minutes). It supports the storage of 50 custom cleaning recipes, adapting to the cleaning processes of different workpieces.

Intelligent Safety Protection:

  • Liquid Level Monitoring: Automatically shuts down when water is insufficient (response time < 1 second) to prevent damage to the transducers caused by idling.
  • Overload Protection: Cuts off power within 0.3 seconds when the current exceeds 115% of the rated value. Combined with a temperature sensor, it continuously monitors the temperature rise in the inner tank (issues a warning when the temperature > 85°C).
