Acoustic Performance Testing: Equipped with an impedance analyzer and a pulse - echo testing system, it can measure key parameters of transducers such as sensitivity (≥85dB) and bandwidth (≥15%). For example, a laser Doppler vibrometer is used to detect the amplitude uniformity of transducers to ensure the consistency of cleaning effects.
Cleaning Effect Verification: In cooperation with third - party testing institutions, a liquid chromatograph (detection limit: 0.01ppm) and a microbial incubator are used to evaluate the pollutant removal rate and bactericidal effect. For precision cleaning requirements, an optical microscope (resolution: 0.1μm) is used to observe the residual particle amount on the surface after cleaning to ensure compliance with industry standards (such as IPC - CH - 65A).
Combination of Numerical Simulation and Experiments: The finite element method (FEM) is used to simulate the sound field distribution, and process parameters are optimized by combining with actual cleaning experiments. For example, by simulating the distribution of cavitation clouds at different frequencies, the optimal frequency for semiconductor cleaning is determined to be 800kHz, and the particle removal rate is increased to 99.8%.
