Heavy Steel Magnetic Alloy W90Ni6Fe Steel Bar Round Anti-Vibration
This heavy steel magnetic alloy is primarily used by PCD and PCBN tool manufacturers as a tool body for brazing PCD-PCBN plates. Available in diameters ranging from 6.0 mm to 25.0 mm with h6 tolerances and lengths of 330-600 mm.
Chemical Composition
Ni: 49.0-51.0% | Fe: Balance | Mn: 0.3-0.6% | Cu: ≤0.2% | S: ≤0.02% | C: ≤0.03% | P: ≤0.02% | Si: 0.15-0.3%
Applications
Radiation Protection & Guidance
Ideal for radiation therapy collimators and protection components due to high density (~18.8 g/cm³) and excellent X-ray/gamma ray absorption capacity.
Balance Weights
Widely used in automobile crankshaft counterweights, oil weights, security defense, and precision optical instruments. Magnetic properties make it suitable for aviation electron systems.
Size Specifications
Maximum producible diameter for h6 ground tungsten alloy bars: 80mm
