The intelligent trackless transfer vehicle is an autonomous mobile handling device specially designed for coil materials in industries such as steel, non-ferrous metals, and papermaking. It integrates laser navigation, servo drive and intelligent electronic control technology. It does not require the laying of tracks and can achieve precise, efficient and flexible transfer of rolls within the workshop. It is an ideal intelligent solution to replace traditional cranes and forklifts for handling.

Load capacity: Standard models range from 5T to 300T, and tonnage can be customized according to requirements.

Coil material compatibility: Standard V-shaped saddle is provided, suitable for steel coils/paper coils with outer diameters ranging from 800mm to 2500mm and inner diameters of 508mm/610mm. The height and Angle of the saddle can be customized.

Walking mechanism: High-strength heavy-duty steel structure vehicle body, four-wheel or six-wheel layout, equipped with industrial-grade heavy-duty swivel wheels/drive wheels, smooth operation.

Drive system: Fully servo motor drive, wide speed regulation range, smooth start and stop, positioning accuracy up to ±5mm.

Navigation methods: Intelligent obstacle avoidance, automatic path planning.
