Brush steel wire is used for industrial brush manufacturing, where tufting quality depends on stable wire diameter, controlled straightness and consistent surface condition. This wire is cold drawn and supplied on BS60, BP60 or DIN wooden spools, with diameters selectable within the 0.15-12mm range.
Typical grades are 304, 316 and 316L. Grade 304 covers general brush applications; 316 and 316L are selected for brushes exposed to moisture, cleaning agents or food-contact environments. Diameter tolerance and winding are inspected before packing, because uneven wire affects tuft density and brush balance.

Wire sections for wheel brushes, roller brushes and cup brushes used in deburring, descaling and surface preparation.
Consistent diameter and controlled straightness support uniform tuft density and predictable tufting machine behavior.
Brushes for cleaning, polishing and surface finishing, where wire surface condition affects the finished result.
316 and 316L grades are selected for brushes used in food processing and hygiene-sensitive areas.
Each batch is inspected for material grade, wire diameter, dimensional tolerance, surface condition, winding quality and spool packing against the agreed specification. Test reports are available per shipment.
