This 316L stainless steel flat wire is supplied on spool for precision forming and continuous production. The wire is cold drawn and bright finished, with flat cross-section dimensions selectable within the 0.15-12mm range according to the forming requirement.
Grade 316L contains molybdenum, which improves resistance to chloride and humid environments compared with 304. This makes the flat wire suitable for parts exposed to moisture, cleaning agents or mildly corrosive conditions. Surface condition, edge quality and dimensional tolerance are inspected before spooling.

Flat wire for bending, stamping and roll forming, where consistent cross-section and edge quality directly affect the formed part.
316L flat wire is used for spring elements, clips and retaining parts that require corrosion resistance in humid conditions.
Flat wire profiles are used in wedge wire screens and filtration components where a defined edge profile matters.
Decorative and functional flat wire parts in bathroom, kitchen and outdoor hardware exposed to moisture.
Each batch is inspected for material grade, cross-section dimensions, tolerance, edge condition, surface finish, winding quality and spool packing against the agreed specification. Test reports are available per shipment.
