Manual Adjustment Actuator for Seasonal Solar Tracker Positioning

The TOMUU U18C is designed for solar tracking systems that require periodic manual angle adjustment rather than continuous daily movement.

It is particularly suitable for solar tracker structures where the north-south angle is adjusted several times during the year to match seasonal changes in solar elevation.

The current configuration provides a rated push and pull load of 6,000N, with maximum static load up to 30,000N when fully retracted.

Not every solar tracker structure requires continuous motor-driven adjustment. In some PV projects, the tracker angle only needs to be changed several times during the year according to seasonal solar conditions.

The U18C is designed for this type of low-frequency adjustment. Manual operation keeps the drive structure simple while providing sufficient load capacity for periodic tracker angle changes.

Installation & Dimensions

The minimum installation dimension is based on Stroke + 250mm. Both the front and rear mounting ends use Ø14.2mm holes.

Stroke and installation dimensions should be selected according to the tracker structure and the required seasonal adjustment range.
