Description
High Temperature Anti-Yellowing Agent / Maintain fiber strength / Enhance the vividness of colors / High temperature resistance up to 210 ℃
【Instruction】

This product has excellent ability to prevent high temperature heat yellowing and is used for heat yellowing prevention finishing of synthetic fiber fabrics such as polyester and nylon.

【Product Features】

  1. It can prevent fabric yellowing during high temperature setting or high temperature laminating.
  2. The high temperature resistance can reach 210°C.
  3. Suitable for padding finishing.

【Usage】

  1. Recommended dosage:
    • Padding method: 20 - 40g/L (Please adjust the specific dosage according to actual requirements and the level of requirements).
  2. Application example: Padding finishing - High temperature heat yellowing resistant agent 20 - 40g/L, adjust pH to about 5, padding → drying → setting.​

【Precautions】

  1. A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
  2. If the temperature is < 0°C, the product may thicken or solidify. Heat it to 20 - 25°C and stir it before normal use. The product is sensitive to high temperature and cannot be stored at a temperature > 40°C, otherwise irreversible qualitative changes may occur.

【Storage and Packaging】

  1. Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
  2. Polyethylene plastic drum with inner plastic bag, 125KG per drum.
