Description

【Description】

This softener is mainly compounded of fatty amide-based softeners. It imparts excellent fluffy and soft handfeel to fabrics and endows them with a certain degree of hydrophilicity. It is suitable for the softening finishing of cotton, cellulose fibers and their blended fabrics.

【Product Features】

  1. Convenient for chemical dissolving, easily soluble in cold water;
  2. Provides fluffy and soft handfeel with a certain degree of smoothness;
  3. Can be used for lubrication of cheese yarn, as well as for sanding and napping processes to ensure smooth napping;
  4. Fabrics finished with this product show extremely low yellowing after high-temperature drying;
  5. Free of APEO (Alkylphenol Ethoxylates).

【Application】

Used for color fixing treatment of nylon fabrics dyed with acid dyes or metal complex dyes.

【Usage Method】

1. Padding Method

  • Recommended Process: Padding (one dip and one pad, with a liquor pick-up rate of 70~80%) → Drying → Setting
  • Recommended Dosage: 20~30g/L

2. Dipping Method

  • Recommended Process: Dipping (constant temperature at 60℃ for 20min) → Dye liquor draining → Water washing → Drying
  • Recommended Dosage: 1% o.w.f ~3% o.w.f (on weight of fabric)

【Precautions】

  1. A small sample test should be conducted in advance to determine the optimal dosage;
  2. If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, a compatibility test must be carried out beforehand.

【Storage and Packaging】

  1. Storage: Store in a cool, dry and well-ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. Shelf life is 6 months.
  2. Packaging: Polyethylene plastic drums lined with plastic bags, 125KG per drum.
