Description

Silicone paste is mainly used in fabric soft hand finishing, endowing textiles with excellent elasticity and drapability. Its efficient surface film-forming property and outstanding binding force contribute to a more comfortable hand feel of fabrics, meeting the hand finishing requirements of different types of textiles.

【Product Features】
Enhance the drapability of fabrics, endow fabrics with a loose and waxy hand feel, while maintaining softness and skin-friendliness.
Suitable for denim fabrics, giving them a cotton-like feel and can be used as a cotton feel agent.
Applicable to cotton, rayon and their blended knitted fabrics.
The product has low surface tension, high stability and weather resistance.
Does not contain APEO and other prohibited substances, meets environmental protection standards, and is suitable for sustainable production needs.

【Uses】
Used for fabric hand feel finishing.

【Usage Method】
The padding method is recommended:
Dosage: Silicone oil 30-50g/l
Pick-up rate: 70-80%
Dilute the working solution → one dip and one pad (with pick-up rate between 70-80%) → drying and setting at 150℃.
*This product has a high concentration, please dilute it as appropriate according to needs or adjust the dosage.

【Precautions】
A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
If used in the same bath with other finishing agents, please conduct compatibility tests in advance.

【Storage and Packaging】
Store in a cool, dry and ventilated place, protected from sunlight and rain. The shelf life is 6 months.
