This product is a smoothing agent for hand feeling finishing. It features making the fabric feel soft, smooth, and not greasy after treatment, and significantly improving the hand feel of the fabric.

【Product Features】

2. It can significantly improve the hand feel of fabrics and endow the fabrics with an excellent hand feel.

【Usage】

Fabric hand feel finishing.

【Application Methods】

  1. Padding Method: For the hand feel finishing of fabrics.
    • Suggested process: (One dip and one nip, liquor pick-up rate 70 - 80%) → Drying → Stentering.
    • Suggested dosage: 50 - 80 g/L.
  2. Immersion Method
    • Suggested process: Immersion (constant temperature at 60°C for 20 minutes) → Liquid drainage → Washing → Drying.
    • Suggested dosage: 3.0% - 5.0% o.w.f. The specific process shall be subject to your company's existing process.

【Precautions】

  • A small sample test should be carried out in advance to determine the optimal dosage.
