Product Overview
The ferromanganese refining furnace is core equipment for producing medium-carbon, low-carbon, and micro-carbon ferromanganese. It is used for desiliconization, decarburization, desulfurization, dephosphorization, and precise composition adjustment of crude ferromanganese (high-silicon/high-carbon ferromanganese) to obtain high-purity, high-quality ferromanganese products. Featuring arc heating and a tilting furnace body, it adopts a full water-cooled structure + high-quality refractory lining, integrating high refining efficiency, low energy consumption, and long service life. It is widely applied in ferroalloy smelting and special steel supporting production lines.

Tilting Furnace Body
Split/integral furnace shell with
full water-cooled wall + thickened magnesia refractory lining, resisting high temperature, erosion, and deformation. The furnace body supports 0–42° tapping tilting and 0–15° slagging tilting, adapting to refining processes flexibly.

Water-Cooled Furnace Roof & Electrode System
Annular full water-cooled roof with central electrode hole and side dust removal interface for sealing and heat preservation.
Φ350–Φ550mm graphite electrodes with servo hydraulic lifting (speed: 1.0–1.6m/min) ensure sensitive adjustment and stable arc.

Conductive & Short-Net System
Full water-cooled conductive cross arm + low-impedance short net for stable high-current transmission and low energy consumption. Transformer capacity: 1500–6500kVA, high voltage: 35kV, low voltage: 165–285V, meeting diverse power demands.

Tilting & Tapping Mechanism
Hydraulic tilting drive with tapping speed 0–0.6°/s and reset speed 0–1.0°/s. Equipped with
EBT/trough tapping for smooth tapping and minimal residual slag, adapting to full-process automation.

Dual automatic/manual mode with one-key start-stop, automatic arc stabilization, and online composition monitoring. Full interlock protection enables precise closed-loop control of
temperature, composition, and power.

Auxiliary Systems
Closed circulating water cooling, baghouse dust removal & flue gas, oxygen/carbon injection, hydraulic station, and grease lubrication systems. Fully equipped and environmentally compliant.
