Product Overview
The Copper-Cobalt Alloy Furnace is a dedicated arc furnace for copper-cobalt ore reduction smelting and copper-cobalt alloy production. It is designed for raw materials such as African copper-cobalt oxide ores, producing high-grade copper-cobalt alloys (Cu+Co≥40%) through high-temperature reduction and slag separation. Featuring a full water-cooled body + high-strength refractory lining and a PLC intelligent control system, it offers high temperature resistance, high recovery rate, precise composition control, and environmental sustainability. It is widely used in copper-cobalt ore pyrometallurgy, alloy purification, and renewable resource recycling.

Full Water-Cooled Tilting Furnace Body
Split/integral steel shell with
full water-cooled wall + magnesia-chromium refractory lining, resisting temperatures up to 1600℃ and acid-base slag erosion. Tilting angle: 0–45° (alloy tapping), 0–15° (slag removal), driven by a hydraulic system for stable operation.

Water-Cooled Furnace Roof & Electrode System
Annular full water-cooled roof with central electrode hole and side dust removal/charging ports for sealing and heat preservation.
Φ300–Φ500mm graphite electrodes with servo hydraulic lifting (0.8–1.5m/min) ensure stable arc and sensitive adjustment.

Energy-saving dedicated transformer (2000–8000kVA), high voltage: 35kV, low voltage: 180–300V.
Low-impedance short net + full water-cooled conductive cross arm minimizes high-current transmission loss and improves thermal efficiency.

Automatic top/side charging bin for mixed materials (ore, coke, lime).
Trough/EBT alloy tapping ensures smooth outflow with minimal residual slag, paired with ladles for rapid transfer.

online composition monitoring, data logging, and remote monitoring with full interlock protection for safety.

Closed circulating water cooling, baghouse dust removal (emission ≤10mg/m³), automatic coke/lime conveying, hydraulic station, and lubrication systems. Fully equipped and environmentally compliant.
