Custom-designed Industrial Production Prefabricated Steel Structure Workshops
Prefabricated steel structure workshops are warehouse buildings where steel columns, beams, purlins, supports, and enclosure panels are precisely fabricated, rust-free, and corrosion-resistant in a factory according to standard/customized drawings, then transported to the site for rapid assembly with bolts. This avoids extensive on-site welding and wet work.
Main Structure Components
- Primary Framework: H-beams/box columns, portal frames/truss beams
- Materials: Q235B/Q355B steel
- Span Capabilities: Common single spans: 24–36m, with large spans exceeding 60m for column-free spaces
Secondary Structure
- C/Z-shaped steel purlins
- Wall beams
- Horizontal/vertical supports (wind/earthquake resistance)
Enclosure System
- Color steel sandwich panels (insulation/fireproof)
- Single-layer color steel panels
- Waterproof roof systems
- Doors and windows
- Roller shutters
Supporting Facilities
- Crane beams (as needed)
- Photovoltaic roof systems
- Ventilation systems
- Fire protection systems
- Flooring systems

Custom Design & Quotation Process
We have a professional design team (40+ people, 10+ year experience) that supports customized colors and materials to meet your specific requirements.
Quotation Process
- With existing drawings: Quote directly
- With plans/ideas: Design per your needs + provide quotation
Required Information for Quotation
- Location/regional conditions
- Building size: Length * Width * Eave height
- Local environment: Max. wind speed; snow load (if applicable)
- Anti-earthquake requirement
- Roof/wall material preferences
- Brick wall needed (specify height if yes)
- Crane requirement (specify lift tons if yes)
- Existing drawings/specifications (if available)
Project Cooperation Process
The cooperation process begins when a customer sends an inquiry. We then proceed with the design and quotation phase. Our technicians make design quotations or direct quotations according to customers' demands.
Once the project is ordered, our factory will start manufacturing and fabrication. After completion, the finished products are shipped to the customer's country for installation. We will provide customers with construction drawings and installation videos, along with online guidance. If customers have specific needs, we can also send construction personnel to the customer's country for offline installation guidance.
Finally, after the installation is completed, the project is successfully finished.
Frequently Asked Questions
You are manufacture factory or trading company?
We are manufacture factory located in Luoyang, China. We specialize in providing customized steel structure engineering solutions for global clients. With our own production base, complete processing lines, and professional engineering team, we handle everything from raw material preparation and component processing to finished product delivery, ensuring precise quality control and flexible delivery schedules.
How do you ensure the building meets my local codes?
We design using ASTM, Eurocode, or AS/NZS standards based on your project's GPS. We provide a full Calculation Report to ensure 100% approval by your local building authorities.
What if the steel structure doesn't fit my concrete foundation?
We provide Anchor Bolt Templates and 3D layout plans before shipping. Our Tekla Modeling ensures 100% alignment between the steel columns and your civil work.
Labor is expensive here. Is the installation difficult?
Our 100% Bolt Connection design requires no on-site welding. Parts are numbered for Lego-like assembly, reducing your local labor costs by up to 50%.
