Design & Quote Process
If you don't yet have design drawings, we can help you turn your ideas into reality. After clarifying the following information, we can create drawings based on your needs.
- Basic Building Dimensions: Length, width (span), eaves height, single/multi-span construction, approximate building area
- Building Purpose: Production plant/warehouse/workshop/showroom/other; presence of heavy equipment, cranes, crane tonnage (5 tons, 10 tons, 20 tons, etc.)
- Load Requirements: Roof load (snow load, live load), local wind load, ground load, whether heavy-duty flooring is required
- Enclosure Materials (Walls + Roof): Single-layer tiles/rock wool sandwich panels/glass wool + corrugated steel sheets; insulation, fire resistance requirements; whether skylights/ventilators are needed
- Door and Window Requirements: Number and size of doors and windows; type: roller shutters, sliding doors, aluminum alloy windows, etc.
- Local Regulations and Environment: Country/region of project location; seismic resistance rating; fire resistance rating; presence of typhoons, blizzards, or corrosive environments
- Foundation and Construction: Whether foundation design is required; whether installation guidance is needed. / On-site construction and transportation terms (FOB, CIF, ex-works price, etc.)
- Other special requirements: Is an additional floor/expansion required? Is an office building/mezzanine needed? Color/appearance/acceptance standards? Are crane beams required inside the steel structure?
