Heavy-Duty Steel Structure Buildings
CE ISO certified manufacturer prefabrication workshop heavy-duty steel structure sandwich panel roofing and wall panels.
Product Overview
Heavy-duty steel structures are prefabricated steel frame warehouses manufactured by professional steel structure manufacturers. Their component steel plates are typically ≥8mm thick, and the core load-bearing column plates are often ≥25mm thick, suitable for heavy equipment, ultra-large spaces, and extreme working conditions.
Compared to lightweight structures, heavy-duty steel structures are specifically designed for large loads, large spans, high-rise/super high-rise buildings, or extreme working conditions. They have a long service life and are constructed using components such as round steel tubes, sliding sandwich panel doors, roller shutter metal doors, vertical hinged doors, column anchor bolts, foundation bolts, high-strength bolts and machine bolts, and angle steel bracing.
HCGG heavy-duty steel structures are ideal for industrial steel structure buildings, steel structures, and steel structure warehouses. Designed with maximum durability and strength as the goal, they can be customized to meet all your needs.

Key Advantages & Features
Superior Mechanical Performance
- High Load-Bearing Capacity: High-strength steel + large cross-section, capable of withstanding heavy equipment, ultra-large spans, and ultra-high-rise vertical and horizontal loads.
- Earthquake and Wind Resistance: Steel has good plasticity and toughness, strong structural ductility, strong earthquake and wind resistance, and outstanding ability to resist typhoons, earthquakes, and other disasters.
- High Stability: Thick-walled components + rigid nodes, high overall stiffness, small deformation, and not easily unstable under long-term loads.
Spatial and Construction Advantages
- Large Span/Large Space: Breaks through the span limitations of concrete, realizing column-free large spaces, suitable for heavy production, logistics, exhibitions, and other needs.
- Highly Efficient Construction: Factory prefabricated components with high precision; on-site modular assembly, shortening the construction period compared to concrete structures, reducing wet work and pollution.
- Low Foundation Cost: Self-weight is only 1/2–1/3 of that of concrete structures, reducing foundation load and construction difficulty, suitable for soft soil foundations.
Durability and Environmental Friendliness
- Long Lifespan: After Sa2.5 grade sandblasting and rust removal + anti-corrosion coating/hot-dip galvanizing, the main structure has a service life of over 50 years.
- Green and Recyclable: The steel recycling rate exceeds 90%, and it can be recycled and reused after demolition, resulting in less construction waste and meeting the requirements of low-carbon buildings.
- Convenient Maintenance: The anti-corrosion coating only needs to be renewed periodically, and the later maintenance cost is lower than that of concrete structures.
Flexible Design and Adaptation
- Free Layout: The large column grid spacing allows for flexible division and modification of the internal space, adapting to process upgrades and functional adjustments.
- Adaptable to Extreme Working Conditions: Resistant to high and low temperatures and corrosion, it can be used in special environments such as chemical, metallurgical, and offshore platforms.
