Heavy steel structure refers to a high-strength load-bearing structural system manufactured from high-performance low-alloy structural steels such as Q355B, Q460C, ASTM A36, A572 Gr.60, EN S355 through digital detailed design, CNC cutting, automated assembly and welding, integral straightening, sandblasting, anti-corrosion and fireproof coating, non-destructive testing, and factory inspection.
Compared with traditional concrete structures, heavy steel structures feature lighter self-weight, higher load capacity, better seismic toughness, faster construction, larger space utilization, lower life-cycle cost, and 100% recyclability.
