Brief Introduction

ASTM B366 C276 BW Equal & Unequal Fitting is a high-end corrosion-resistant alloy pipe fitting, strictly manufactured in accordance with ASTM B366 standard, using Hastelloy C276 (UNS N10276) nickel-based alloy as raw material and adopting butt weld (BW) forming process. Hastelloy C276 is a nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten alloy with excellent all-round corrosion resistance, which can resist the erosion of strong acids, strong alkalis, organic solvents, chlorine-containing media and other harsh corrosive environments, and has good high-temperature resistance and mechanical stability. As a key pipeline connection component, it is divided into equal diameter (EQUAL) and unequal diameter (UNEQUAL) two types, specially designed for connecting pipelines of the same or different specifications, changing pipeline direction or distributing medium, with compact structure, firm connection, high pressure-bearing capacity and long service life. It is widely used in high-end industrial fields with harsh working conditions, serving as a reliable and durable connection fitting for pipeline systems conveying strong corrosive and high-temperature media.
