What is Hastelloy C22 / N06022 180° LR Elbow

A Hastelloy C22 180° LR Elbow is a seamless or welded pipe fitting designed to reverse the flow direction in a high-performance piping system. Manufactured from UNS N06022 (W.Nr. 2.4602), a nickel-chromium-molybdenum-tungsten alloy, it offers exceptional resistance to a wide range of corrosive environments, including both oxidizing and reducing acids.


The "180°" designation allows for a complete U-shaped turn, while the "LR" (Long Radius) specification—where the centerline radius is 1.5 times the pipe diameter—ensures smooth fluid flow with minimal pressure drop and reduced erosion.
