High Temp Kiln Anchor Assembly L‑Shaped Fixing Nail + Arc Gasket For Refractory Fiber Blanket

Product Introduction


This product is a complete anchoring assembly consisting of L‑shaped fixing pins and arc‑shaped gaskets, specially designed for securing furnace linings made of refractory fibre blankets, refractory cotton and fibre felts in industrial furnaces and kilns. The L‑shaped fixing pins are welded to the furnace shell steel plates, and work with arc‑shaped gaskets to compress the refractory fibre blankets. This increases the pressure‑bearing contact area and prevents the fibre blankets from loosening, bulging or falling off. Widely used in the construction of high‑temperature furnace linings for heat‑treatment furnaces, incinerators, boilers, hot‑blast furnaces and other equipment, it is a common hardware anchoring fitting for the installation of refractory linings in furnaces and kilns.

L‑shaped structure with strong anchoring force
•L‑shaped bending structure with firm welding. It grips the refractory fiber blanket to a sufficient depth, features excellent pull‑out resistance, and effectively prevents displacement and falling‑off of the fiber blanket.

The arc‑shaped gasket bears force evenly
•The arc‑shaped pressing plate fits against the surface of the fiber blanket to increase the pressure‑bearing area. It will not cut the refractory fibers, ensures firm compression, and reduces damage caused by local stress.

High‑temperature resistant and anti‑oxidant
•Suitable for high‑temperature working conditions, it resists oxidative corrosion caused by high‑temperature flue gas inside furnaces, extends the service life of refractory fiber blankets, and reduces subsequent maintenance costs.

Complete set for easy construction
•Supplied as a complete set of fixing pins and arc‑shaped gaskets. Purchasers do not need to source accessories separately. On‑site assembly can be performed directly to improve the construction efficiency of furnaces and kilns.

Optional materials available, non‑standard customization supported
