This project represents a heavy-duty Pre-Engineered Building (PEB) complex designed for high-capacity industrial manufacturing. The facility features a multi-span portal frame and box-column hybrid structure, ensuring maximum clear space for heavy machinery and overhead crane operations. All structural components were strictly fabricated in our facility, undergoing rigorous QA/QC processes before dispatch.
As shown in our fabrication facility records, all primary and secondary steel members are manufactured using high-grade structural steel, processed via CNC equipment to ensure on-site bolting precision.
| Component Type | Reference | Material Grade | Fabrication & Surface Treatment Specifications |
|---|---|---|---|
| Primary Framing (H-Beams) | Ref. Image 2 | Q355B (Equivalent to S355JR / A572 Gr.50) | Submerged Arc Welded (SAW) H-sections. Shot blasted to SA 2.5 standard. Coated with Epoxy Zinc-rich primer (80μm) for superior anti-corrosion. |
| Heavy-Duty Box Columns | Ref. Image 3 | Q355B | Welded hollow structural box columns, designed for high torsional rigidity. Full penetration welds at critical load-bearing joints. Pre-drilled with CNC precision for exact base-plate alignment. |
| Raw Steel Plates & Flanges | Ref. Image 4 | Q355B / Q235B | CNC flame/plasma cut plates with clean, dross-free edges. Chamfered preparation applied for deep penetration welding. Ensures zero-tolerance dimensional accuracy. |
| Curved Pipe Trusses | Ref. Image 5 | Q355B (CHS - Circular Hollow Section) | Multi-tube intersecting welded trusses, engineered for large-span curved roofs. Surface treated with anti-rust primer and a premium polyurethane white topcoat for aesthetic and weather resistance. |
