Customized Steel Structure Building For Prefabricated Pet Feed Processing Factory
A steel structure pet food processing factory is a facility specifically designed for the production and packaging of pet food products. The use of steel as the primary construction material ensures a robust and durable structure that can accommodate the unique requirements of the manufacturing process.
Structural Components
Main Steel Frame System: H section steel Q355 with alkyd painting (two primary coats, two finish coats). Roof and wall purlins are XZ160*60*20*2.5 galvanized steel. Fasteners include Grade 10.9 intensive bolts, M20 turn buckle bolts, M24 anchor bolts, and galvanized M12/M20 ordinary bolts.
Bracing System: Includes Φ20 round steel cross braces, L50*5 angle steel braces, Φ25 column bracing, Φ127*3 tie bars, and Φ32*2.5 batter braces - all Q235 steel with alkyd painting.
Wall & Roof System: Corrugated steel plate or sandwich panel (EPS/fiber glass/rock wool/PU) options. Complete with edge covers, unpowered ventilators (Φ600 stainless steel), sky lighting bands (1.2mm FRP), sliding sandwich panel doors, and roof drainage system.
