2030 Insulating Glass Production Line
Machine Overview

The entire machine utilizes 6 variable-frequency drives + 1 servo control system, with multiple independent drive sections and stepless variable-frequency speed control. It is the core line for washing, drying, and assembling insulating glass.

Product Advantages

  • Coating detection: Equipped with a coating detector to easily identify coated glass and Low-E glass.

  • Washing tank: Made of stainless steel, with a double-layer, one-piece molded bottom plate that ensures no leakage over long-term use; the part near the glass is stainless steel to prevent rust.

  • Brushes & conveying: High-temperature-resistant 1010 bristles, suitable for cleaning Low-E and coated glass; conveyor rollers are acid- and alkali-resistant rubber rollers with an active gear drive mechanism, ensuring more stable transport.

  • Adjustable air knife: Adjustable in the longitudinal direction, set according to glass thickness to prevent contact with glass of excessive curvature.

  • Water tank & air drying: Water heating with dry-burn protection + circulating air filtration system; the air-drying section features sound-insulating foam + a fresh air filter.

  • High-pressure circulation fan: Equipped with a butterfly valve, automatically switches on/off based on glass position to prevent dust accumulation.

  • Back panel options: Standard solid back panel (03) or cutout design (04) — freely selectable.

  • Patented guide wheel: All bearings fully embedded, for extended service life and enhanced stability.

  • Assembly section: The 05 assembly section uses servo motor control for higher precision.

  • Compatibility: Compatible with double-, triple-, and quadruple-glazing, as well as louvered glass configurations.
