Product Description
This advanced sandblasting machine offers both automatic and manual operation modes. It features three automatic guns and one manual gun for flexible processing. The guns and glass are moved by synchronous belts, ensuring smooth and precise movement. The gun up-and-down control system is conveniently located outside the machine for easy operation and reduced fault rates. The sandblasting speed ranges from 20-30 m²/h, and dust extraction is handled by bag dust extraction with vibration cylinder.
Product Features
1. Highly automated and precise control
PLC intelligent control: PLC programmable controllers and touch screen human-machine interfaces are commonly used, which are intuitive and easy to operate, and can preset and store various processing parameters.

Automatic reciprocating sandblasting: Multiple spray guns are driven by servo motors and can automatically move up and down or left and right to ensure precise sandblasting trajectory and coverage range, and uniform and consistent processing surface.

Automatic conveying: Glass is automatically conveyed into the sandblasting area through a synchronous belt or roller conveyor, achieving continuous production without the need for manual repeated handling.
2. Environmentally friendly and dust-free design
Sealed operation: The entire sandblasting process is carried out in a sealed cabin, effectively preventing the leakage of abrasives and dust.

Efficient dust removal system: Equipped with a bag filter or cyclone separator, it can automatically separate reusable abrasives and useless dust, and collect the dust in a centralized manner to ensure a clean workshop environment that meets environmental standards.
