The ST-CNC 2512 is a multi-purpose CNC glass processing center for cutting, drilling, grinding, and polishing glass from 2 to 19 mm thick. Its fully digital control system delivers fast axis movement and quick setup, combining high precision, quality, and efficiency in one machine.

Equipment characteristics structural

  1. Overall frame: using overall welding, annealing, vibration and aging treatment；
  2. Mechanical structure: The whole machine is welded with high-strength steel. It adopts multiple processes of annealing, vibration, and aging treatment. The surface is sandblasted and then primed, which effectively ensures product quality. It is processed in one go using a high-precision CNC machining center. Forming.
  3. Work table: The work table is made of a whole aluminum plate. The aluminum plate has been precision processed to ensure the flatness and processing accuracy of the table suction cup, thus ensuring the processing accuracy of glass products.

  5. The automatic lubrication system is adopted to ensure that the guide rail and screw rod are well lubricated when working at high speed, ensuring that the screw rod has a high degree of stability during operation, thus ensuring the processing accuracy of the product.
