Core Performance Characteristics

1. Lightweight & High Strength

   Low density, much lighter than steel and stainless steel; balanced tensile and yield strength, good load-bearing capacity, ideal for lightweight industrial structural parts.
2. Excellent Cold Formability

   GR9 has far better bending and stamping performance than GR5 titanium alloy, easy to roll, bend, deep draw and form complex shapes without cracking.
3. Superior Weldability & Fatigue Resistance

   Stable welding performance, no obvious strength loss after welding; excellent anti-fatigue property, suitable for long-term cyclic working conditions.
4. Outstanding Corrosion Resistance

   Excellent resistance to seawater, chloride solution, atmospheric corrosion and mild acid-base medium; no rust, long service life in harsh industrial environments.
5. Good Low Temperature & Thermal Stability

   Stable mechanical properties at low temperature and medium temperature, not easy to brittle failure, suitable for cryogenic and outdoor industrial equipment.
