Production Process: High-purity raw materials → 2-3 times Vacuum Arc Remelting (VAR) → Forging → Hot Rolling → Heat Treatment → Surface Treatment (Pickling/Sandblasting/Polishing) → Finishing → Inspection → Packaging.
Quality Control: Full-process inspection including chemical composition (spectrometer), mechanical properties (tensile/hardness test), non-destructive testing (UT/ET), dimensional and surface inspection. Provide EN 10204 3.1 MTC certificate.
