Brushed 304 309 316L Stainless Steel Decorative Plate Heat Resistant ASTM Standard
We supply high-quality 304, 309, 316L austenitic stainless steel plates with professional brushed finish, combining elegant appearance with excellent performance. Brushed Finish Features
All three materials adopt professional precision brushing process, forming uniform long hairline (HL) or short hairline (No.4) texture through precision grinding. The surface is matte, smooth to touch, without obvious reflection, retaining the clean characteristic of stainless steel while adding a low-key and high-end decorative effect.
The brushed surface is passivated to enhance both aesthetics and corrosion resistance. It is easy to clean, not easy to retain stains, and can effectively avoid fingerprint adhesion (anti-fingerprint brushed surface is customizable). The texture direction is consistent, the thickness is uniform, without broken wires, scratches or color difference, and the surface roughness can be adjusted according to requirements, which is more wear-resistant and dirt-resistant than mirror and 2B surfaces.

The conventional specifications of the three brushed stainless steel plates are consistent, and special sizes can be customized according to overseas customer requirements:
  • Thickness Range: 0.3mm-6.0mm (Main Specifications: 0.5mm-4.0mm), Thickness Tolerance: ±0.01mm-±0.05mm
  • Width Range: Regular 1000mm, 1219mm (4ft), 1250mm, 1500mm (5ft), customizable width such as 1600mm, 2000mm
  • Length Range: Regular 2000mm, 2438mm, 2500mm, 3000mm, cut-to-length available, maximum customizable length 6000mm
  • Delivery Form: Coil (brushed original coil), Flat Plate (uncoiled and cut), optional as required
  • Standards: GB/T 3280, ASTM A240, JIS G4305, EN 10088-2, Material Test Certificate (MTC) provided for each batch

Production Process & Quality Control
Raw materials from top domestic steel mills ensure stable material quality. Production process includes: Raw Material Screening → Pickling & Descaling → Precision Cold Rolling → Annealing & Softening → Pickling & Passivation → Brushing Processing → Leveling & Finishing → Finished Product Inspection.
Each batch undergoes spectral composition testing, thickness testing, surface texture testing, mechanical property testing and corrosion resistance testing, with a pass rate of ≥99.8%. Packaging includes moisture-proof paper + pearl cotton + wooden pallet + steel strip reinforcement with fumigated packaging for export.

304 Brushed Stainless Steel Plate (General Purpose, Cost-Effective)
Material Composition & Core Properties: Grade: GB 06Cr19Ni10, ASTM S30408, JIS SUS304, EN 1.4301. Core Composition: C≤0.08%, Cr 18.0-20.0%, Ni 8.0-10.5%. Good corrosion resistance, resistant to atmosphere, fresh water and weak acid-base. High temperature resistance up to 800℃. Excellent mechanical properties (Tensile Strength ≥515MPa, Yield Strength ≥205MPa, Elongation ≥40%).
Typical Applications: Architectural decoration, kitchen & bathroom appliances, food processing equipment, medical equipment, electronic & electrical components, furniture decoration. Suitable for indoor dry and non-strong corrosion environments.
309 Brushed Stainless Steel Plate (Heat-Resistant, For High-Temperature Environments)
Material Composition & Core Properties: Grade: GB 06Cr23Ni13, ASTM S30908, JIS SUS309S, EN 1.4833. Core Composition: C≤0.08%, Cr 22.0-24.0%, Ni 12.0-15.0%. Excellent high-temperature resistance, long-term service temperature up to 980℃, short-term up to 1150℃. Better corrosion resistance than 304.
Typical Applications: High-temperature equipment decoration, boiler casings, furnace body decoration, heat exchanger casings, metallurgy, chemical industry, incinerator-related decorations.
316L Brushed Stainless Steel Plate (Corrosion-Resistant, For Harsh Environments)
Material Composition & Core Properties: Grade: GB 022Cr19Ni10, ASTM S30403, JIS SUS316L, EN 1.4307. Core Composition: C≤0.03%, Cr 16.0-18.0%, Ni 10.0-14.0%, added 2.0-3.0% molybdenum (Mo). Superior corrosion resistance, resistant to seawater, salt spray, strong acid-base. High temperature resistance up to 800℃.
Typical Applications: Coastal area architectural decoration, marine equipment, chemical equipment, high-end food & medical equipment, precision electronic equipment, marine engineering.
