Stainless Steel Wire Coils - 201, 304, 316L Grades
Stainless steel is a versatile material widely used in industrial applications such as lockwire and spring wire, and extensively in the medical field due to its ability to meet demanding requirements at competitive costs. Available as round wire or flat ribbon, our stainless steel wire comes in various tempers to suit specific applications.
Our stainless steel wire conforms to NASM20995 standards for corrosion-resistant steel and is stocked in common sizes on one to five pound spools. Medical grade stainless alloys are available for fabrication as bare or film coated wires made to customer specifications.

Available Sizes
Our standard stock range includes wire diameters from 0.1mm to 8.00mm. For larger requirements, we supply cut lengths and can provide coils up to 25mm diameter.
Tensile Strength Range
We manufacture wires to meet customer specifications and industry standards, offering a comprehensive tensile strength range from soft, formable wires (500-600 N/mm²) to high-strength "rock hard" wires exceeding 1600 N/mm².
Packaging Options
Available in coils ranging from 0.5 kg to 800 kg, supplied on carrier-less cores, formers, or spools. We provide heat-treated pallets and support worldwide export operations.
Finishes and Coatings
Our wires can be supplied with various finishes and coatings including bright and dull finishes, electro-polishing compatible surfaces, and specialized lubricants and coatings optimized for secondary processing requirements.
