High-strength nickel-molybdenum alloy steel bars and forged shafts manufactured to DIN 34CrNiMo6 and W-Nr 1.6582 standards. Available in round bars, square bars, flat bars, and custom forged components.

Heat Treatment Processes
Hardening & Tempering
  • Heat uniformly to 850°C
  • Quench in oil

  • Complete annealing in air
Normalizing
  • Heat to 850°C
  • Cool to room temperature in air
