304DQ Stainless Steel
304DQ is a deep‑drawing grade of 304 stainless steel.
With low‑carbon composition and soft annealing, it offers superior ductility for medium‑depth stamping, bending and forming without cracking.
It features smooth surface, good polishability and standard corrosion resistance, widely applied in kitchenware, home appliances and precision stamped parts.
| Surface Finish | Characteristics and Applications |
|---|---|
| NO.2B | Better brightness and flatness than NO.2D. Special surface treatment improves mechanical properties for comprehensive applications. |
| NO.1 | Heat treatment and pickling after hot rolling process. |
| NO.4 | Polished with abrasive belt grit #150-#180. Better brightness with discontinuous coarse striations. Used for bathtubs, building ornaments, appliances, kitchen utensils, and food processing equipment. |
| HL | Polished with abrasive belt grit #150-#320 on NO.4 finish with continuous streaks. Used for building ornaments, elevators, doors, and frontal plates. |
| BA | Cold rolled, bright annealed and skin-passed. Excellent brightness and mirror-like reflectivity for kitchen apparatus and ornaments. |
| 8K | Excellent brightness and superior reflectivity, can be used as mirror. |
