Chemical Composition

Mechanical Property

After solid melting treatment, the tensile strength (σ b) is ≥ 520MPa, the conditional yield strength (σ 0.2) is ≥ 205MPa, the elongation rate (δ 5) is ≥ 40%, the cross-sectional shrinkage rate (ψ) is ≥ 50%, and the hardness is ≤ 187HB 90HRB, ≤ 200HV.

Characteristic

- High temperature resistance: The maximum working temperature can reach 1200 ℃, and the continuous use temperature is 1150 ℃. It can maintain high strength and stability at high temperatures, and is not easily deformed or softened.
- Antioxidant performance: With high chromium and nickel content, it can form a dense oxide film on the surface, effectively resisting oxidative corrosion, and has better antioxidant properties than ordinary stainless steel.
- Corrosion resistance: It has good corrosion resistance to various chemical substances such as oxidizing acids and salt solutions, and performs excellently in corrosive environments such as acid and alkali.
- Processing performance: It can be formed through various processing techniques such as welding, cutting, and bending, and is non-magnetic in solid solution state, making it easy to process and use.
