Description

Manual Vertical Foam Cutting Machine Workflow

1. Preparation: Place a large sponge on the workbench, with one side against the retaining plate and the other against the push plate.

2. Setting: Enter the slice thickness and number of slices on the touchscreen.

3. Start: Press the start button.

4. Cutting: The cutting motor activates, and the blade rotates at high speed. The blade carriage drives the blade through a single cut, severing the frontmost sponge.

5. Feed: The servo motor drives the ball screw, which enables the push plate to precisely advance the remaining sponge by the thickness of a slice.

6. Loop: Repeat steps 4 and 5 until the desired number of slices is completed, automatically stopping.
