A precision metal strip shunt is a high-precision resistive element used for accurate current detection and sampling. The product uses a resistive strip made of manganese-copper alloy or special metal materials to generate a small and linear millivolt-level voltage signal when high current passes through it, thereby providing an accurately convertible sampled voltage to instruments, control modules, or monitoring systems. This series of shunts adopts a fixed structure, with accuracy classes reaching 0.5 class (2A–4000A) and 1 class (5000–6000A). It features good stability, low temperature drift, high mechanical strength, and excellent long-term reliability, and can be widely used in power supplies, battery management, instrumentation, and industrial control systems.

The shunt uses high-precision metal alloy materials (such as manganese copper), possessing excellent temperature stability, ensuring consistent millivolt output signals across various temperature environments. This design ensures long-term reliable measurement accuracy, making it particularly suitable for high-current, high-power environments.

The product has undergone rigorous mechanical shock testing and can withstand continuous vibration and impact during transportation or equipment operation. It has a wide operating temperature range and strong humidity tolerance, making it suitable for measurement tasks in complex industrial environments.

The shunt can operate continuously for 2 hours at 120% of its rated current, ensuring stable resistance and accurate measurement without drift. Under high current (≥50A) conditions, the temperature rise remains below 80℃, ensuring a long service life.
