The 38EUL-05001-A 3-Pin Air Pressure Sensor is a professional monitoring component specially designed for bus and coach air brake systems. It is installed on the vehicle air storage cylinder and air pipeline to detect real-time compressed air pressure of the pneumatic braking system. The sensor converts physical pressure changes into standard electrical signals and accurately transmits the data to the vehicle dashboard and control system. It realizes real-time air pressure display and automatic low-pressure alarm function. This sensor effectively monitors the working status of the air brake system, prevents braking failure caused by insufficient air pressure, and ensures driving safety and braking stability for various commercial buses and coaches.

This air pressure sensor adopts standard 3-pin plug design, which is completely compatible with original bus wiring harnesses without wire cutting or modification. It features a 17mm standard mounting thread, with precise caliber size, tight installation and good air tightness. The sensor shell is made of high-quality zinc-plated alloy material, with excellent anti-corrosion, anti-rust and wear-resistant properties, adapting to complex and harsh chassis working environments. Built-in high-precision sensing chip ensures sensitive pressure induction and stable signal output without data drift or delay. The overall structure adopts integrated sealing technology, with strong waterproof and dustproof performance. It is professionally customized for coach air brake systems, with strong pertinence and high matching degree.
1. High sensing precision and fast response speed, accurately feedback air pressure data, effectively avoid false alarm and missing alarm faults.
2. 17mm standard thread and original 3-pin interface, plug and play, simple and fast replacement, greatly reducing maintenance time.
3. Zinc-plated alloy shell enhances shock resistance and impact resistance, resisting long-term vehicle vibration and bumping, with long service life.
4. Excellent integral sealing performance, effectively prevent air leakage, water and dust ingress, stable performance in high and low temperature working conditions.
5. Strictly manufactured according to original vehicle accessory standards, stable quality, high compatibility for most mainstream bus and coach models.
6. Compact and reasonable structure design, strong pressure resistance, suitable for long-term continuous operation of commercial vehicle air brake systems.

1. Turn off the vehicle engine and completely release the residual air pressure in the air storage cylinder to ensure the air pipeline is in zero-pressure state.
2. Remove the old or faulty air pressure sensor with professional tools, and clean the thread and mounting base to remove rust, dust and dirt.
3. Inspect the new 38EUL-05001-A sensor thread and sealing ring to confirm no damage, aging or deformation.
4. Manually screw the sensor into the mounting hole for positioning, then tighten it moderately with a tool to ensure firm and vertical installation, avoid over-tightening to prevent thread slipping and shell cracking.
5. Align the 3-pin connector with the original harness socket and insert it firmly to ensure tight and stable connection.
6. Start the vehicle to inflate the air brake system, check the dashboard air pressure display and low-pressure alarm function, confirm no air leakage and system fault codes.
1. Do not knock, squeeze or drop the sensor during transportation and installation, so as not to damage the internal precision sensing chip.
2. Installation must be carried out after releasing all air pressure; working with pressure will cause air blowback and personal safety hazards.
3. Do not use excessive force when tightening the thread to avoid thread damage, shell breakage and air leakage failure.
4. Ensure the 3-pin plug is fully inserted; poor contact will cause abnormal signal and inaccurate air pressure display.
5. Keep the sensor and connector away from sewage, oil and corrosive liquids to prevent short circuit and sensor failure.
6. Do not modify or cut the sensor plug and wiring structure arbitrarily, which will damage the original matching performance.
7. Check the sensor sealing condition and fastening degree regularly during daily vehicle maintenance.
8. Only use the matching 38EUL-05001-A sensor for replacement; mismatched parts will affect the normal operation of the air brake system.
