FSK Auto Parts CO.,LTD was founded in 1999 as a full-line European and Japanese Automotive parts replacement Manufacturer. Originally intended to serve a growing network of independently owned and operated auto parts retailers, the business rapidly expanded into mass-merchandising by providing fuel Injector, engine , ignition parts and wire sets to retail chain stores. Responding to an increasing demand for replacement fuel injector , starters and alternators, from 2000 , FSK began focusing on becoming the industry leader of manufacturer and sales for fuel injector , alternators and starters.

Q: Delivery and Carriage

There are three ways to deliver the goods.
One is Express ,such as DHL, UPS, TNT and Fedex .The charge of them is from US$ 10.0/KG to US$ 15.0/KG if We pay the freight in China. It is most convenient because of door to door. This method is suitable to a few goods such as less than 20KG.
Another is air parcel, you should go to airport to take the goods youselves. The charge is cheaper than express, but you should pay the charges of Customs clearance and we should pay the charges of clearance of goods, these charges are fixed no matter what weight or volume it is. This method is suitable to the goods which are more than 100KG.
The rest one is ocean shipping, it is rather cheap, and it will take about 15-30 days to the port if you are in the North America or the Europe.
In general, we deliver the samples by Express, such as DHL, UPS, TNT and Fedex, and ship the goods of order by ocean shipping.

Q: Payment

By irrevocable L/C at sight, By T/T: 30% deposit, 70% balance before the shipment.

Q: Claims and returns

Normally, we always get your confirmation before you place an order. If there are some defective products, you can return them and we will make amends for the freight of these defective products. Certainly, you can also ask us to replace these defective products as soon as possible. We will pay all freights for them.
