VPC Optical Sorter
Equipped with high-resolution RGB cameras (NIR near-infrared cameras available as an upgrade option), this machine accurately identifies subtle color differences between plastic fragments in mixed crushed plastic materials. It enables efficient purification and recycling of high-value plastic scraps to boost resource value.
As a cost-effective sorting solution, the VPC Optical Sorter is tailor-made for recycling and preprocessing plants. It adopts a low-cost RGB camera system with optional NIR cameras to deliver precise color sorting of crushed plastic pieces and greatly increase the added value of recycled materials.
