Engineered for high-risk drilling environments, the ZSCQ/120 utilizes a vacuum pump (2880rpm, 3kW) to create negative pressure, fracturing gas bubbles in mud. Its optimized separation chamber maximizes contact time for 85%+ efficiency. The system operates isothermally, preventing ignition hazards with flammable gases. Compatible with ZJ20-ZJ90 rigs, it requires minimal maintenance and doubles as a heavy-duty agitator when gas intrusion is absent.
