Payment terms

30% ~ 50% down payments based on orders, balance before delivery. We could accept various payment ways for samples, like west union, PayPal, credit card. For batch orders, T/T and L/C are available.

Sample delivery

Usually, the sample will be delivered by air express DHL/TNT/FEDEX, if you have other solutions, we could discuss.

Guarantee

Our warranty time of slew drives is 3~5 years based on different series. For motors, the standard warranty time is 1 year. Any special requirement about the warranty time, we could discuss.

R&D

We could develop new products for customers, but there will be die cost. We can return the fee of mould when quantities reach to a certain number later.
