Welons Group operates a manufacturing base of around 12,000 m² in Guangzhou, China, with about 80–100 production and office staff, supplying building materials and photovoltaic products to customers in over 30 countries. The factory combines glass processing, solar panel assembly, and inverter/battery integration in one facility, allowing customers to source multiple product categories from a single supplier. Standard orders are typically ready for shipment within 2–4 weeks.

Our glass workshop handles cutting, edge grinding, tempering, and laminating for architectural glass products including clear glass, tempered glass, laminated safety glass, and BIPV photovoltaic glass.

• Cutting equipment accommodates standard large-format sheets up to approximately 2.5m * 4m
• Tempering furnace produces safety glass compliant with EN 12150 / GB 15763.2 standards
• Laminating line supports PVB interlayers, covering 6mm–25mm thickness range commonly used in buildings

Our solar panel line assembles both rigid panels and flexible panels, serving residential, commercial, and off-grid power system customers.

• Each panel undergoes flash testing to verify actual power output before delivery

For inverters and energy storage systems, we work with established component suppliers and carry out in-house testing and final assembly.

Our Hong Kong office handles international trade coordination and customer communication. They serve as a central point for inquiries, order follow-up, and after-sales support, helping overseas clients communicate efficiently with the factory.

Philippines Team

We have local team members in the Philippines who support customers on the ground. They conduct site visits, verify project conditions, handle goods receiving and inspection at the port, and provide local coordination for installation and after-sales service. 2015 - Company Founded

Welons was founded in Guangzhou, China in 2015, initially focused on building materials export to Southeast Asian markets. In the early years, we worked closely with local distributors and project contractors to understand market needs and build reliable supply chains.

2015-2022 - Steady Growth in Southeast Asia

Over the first several years, we built our presence in the Philippines and neighboring Southeast Asian markets, supplying building materials to commercial and residential projects. Through hands-on project experience, we developed practical knowledge of local climate conditions, installation requirements, and customer expectations.

2023-2024 - Expansion into Renewable Energy

Seeing growing demand for solar and energy storage products, we began expanding our product range to include photovoltaic panels, inverters, and battery storage systems. We started with sourcing and in-house testing, working closely with component suppliers to ensure quality and performance.

2025 - Own Production Facility

In 2025, we moved into our own manufacturing base in Guangzhou, covering glass processing, solar panel assembly, and inverter/battery integration. This allowed us to better control quality, lead times, and customization for overseas customers.
