It has formed a 12-person professional QC team, all members of which have received training on international quality standards and hold certificates to work. The team covers specialized positions such as raw material inspection, in-production inspection, and final finished product inspection, building a solid defense line for product quality.
The QC process runs through the entire production chain: When raw materials enter the factory, random performance inspections are conducted on core components such as solar panels, LED light sources, and lamp body aluminum materials (e.g., battery conversion efficiency, light source brightness attenuation rate), and unqualified materials are directly rejected. Three inspection checkpoints are set up during the production process to monitor key procedures such as circuit welding and sealing technology in real time, preventing batch defects. Before finished products leave the factory, they must pass a 72-hour simulated working condition test (high and low temperature, rain, continuous lighting) and verification against EU CE certification standards to ensure each product meets the requirements.
For OEM/ODM customized orders, the QC team will additionally verify customized parameters (e.g., special waterproof grades, appearance craftsmanship) and collaborate with the R&D and production teams to optimize details.
