This RS66GF 60kW silent diesel generator set is an original Weichai power unit equipped with integrated noise reduction canopy. The enclosed shell effectively lowers operating noise, making it ideal backup power for residential communities, hospitals, shops, office buildings and small factories with strict noise limits, complying with ISO8528 international performance standards for generator sets.
It is powered by genuine Weichai WP4.1D66E200 inline 4-cylinder 4-stroke water-cooled diesel engine with turbo intercooler intake, electronic speed regulation and 24VDC electric start. Displacement reaches 4.1L with ultra-low fuel consumption of 201g/kW·h and exhaust temperature controlled under 700℃. Standard fittings include dry air filter, original muffler, large closed cooling radiator and shock-absorbing base for stable heat dissipation, continuous long-hour load operation and low failure rate.
Matched Runshi RS-66 brushless self-excited alternator features single-bearing steel housing, IP22 protection grade and Class H high-temperature insulation. It outputs single-phase 220V 50Hz electricity with rated current 118.8A and steady voltage deviation ≤±1%, delivering smooth clean power for household appliances, small industrial equipment and monitoring server rooms.
Equipped with SmartGen HGM6110 intelligent four-protection auto control module, the LCD backlight screen displays real-time voltage, current, oil pressure, water temperature and total running hours. The unit auto-starts once mains power cuts off and automatically shuts down with alarms under overload, overheating and low oil pressure, recording all fault information to cut manual monitoring cost and simplify maintenance.
Full complete standard configurations are supplied: Weichai diesel engine, Runshi brushless alternator, integrated steel base, base fuel tank, two startup batteries, pure copper cables, oil drain valve, shock absorbers and factory muffler.
