This RS80GF 80kW diesel generator set is a standard open-frame land-based emergency power unit, equipped with original Weichai WP4.1D113E200 4-cylinder water-cooled diesel engine and Runshi RS-80 brushless self-excited alternator. It meets ISO8528-5 G3 performance standard, serving as essential backup power for construction sites, factories, shopping malls and mines during power outages.
Power core: Weichai inline 4-cylinder engine rated at 1500rpm, intercooled turbocharged with electronic speed regulation and 24VDC electric start. Displacement reaches 4.087L with low fuel consumption of 202g/kw·h and exhaust temperature controlled below 560℃. It comes with dry air filter, original muffler and shock-absorbing base for stable long-term operation. Matched HGM6110 four-protection intelligent controller with LCD backlight screen monitors real-time voltage, current, water temperature, oil pressure, rotating speed and running hours; auto shutdown & alarm trigger for overload, high temperature and low oil pressure, with auto-start function when mains power fails.
The single-bearing brushless alternator features IP23 protection and Class H insulation, steady voltage deviation ≤1%, three-phase four-wire 230/400V 50Hz output with rated current 144A, fast voltage adjustment and small load fluctuation. Complete standard configuration includes integrated steel base, maintenance-free startup batteries, cooling radiator, oil drain valves and shock-absorbing bellows. Unit dimension: 2100×800×1000mm, total weight 1000kg; open type noise ≤90dB(A), noise reduced to below 80dB(A) with optional silent canopy.
Full set of certificates, test reports and operation manuals are supplied upon delivery.
