• Raw Materials: All raw materials undergo material verification to ensure compliance with relevant standards and undergo necessary quality validation.
• Production Process: Our seamless pipe manufacturing encompasses processes such as cold rolling, cold drawing, annealing, pickling, and surface treatment. Quality inspectors monitor every stage of production, documenting the process with visual records.
• Pre-shipment: A professional quality control team conducts comprehensive inspections covering appearance, PMI (Positive Material Identification), dimensions, and quantity. Additionally, we perform tests such as ultrasonic and eddy current testing.

SMLSCO conducts comprehensive quality inspections on seamless pipe products, adhering to standard requirements from raw material verification to pre-shipment checks. Key inspection items include dimensional inspection, internal/external surface inspection, PMI, mechanical properties, and HT/UT (Heat Treatment/Ultrasonic Testing) to verify that dimensional accuracy, surface condition, material composition, and overall performance meet procurement specifications.
