Working Principle
The lead ingot casting mould is fixed on the circulating chain plate of the casting machine. High-temperature molten lead is injected into each cavity through the launder system. As heat transfers to the mould body and cooling devices, the lead solidifies into ingots. At the demoulding station, the mould turns over to release solidified ingots, then returns for the next casting cycle in continuous production.
